Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage daily office operations, ensuring a productive and organized workplace.
  • Coordinate administrative functions, including scheduling, correspondence, and document management.
  • Maintain office supplies, inventory, and vendor relationships to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Assist HR with onboarding new employees, processing payroll, and maintaining employee records.
  • Support leadership with data entry, report preparation, and financial tracking.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety regulations, and industry standards.
  • Manage communication with internal teams, suppliers, and clients.
  • Assist in budget management, expense tracking, and cost-saving initiatives.
  • Handle special projects and operational tasks as assigned by management.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of office management, administrative, or operations experience (manufacturing or industrial experience preferred).
  • strong organizational and time management abilities.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and business software.
  • Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of payroll, bookkeeping, or HR processes is a plus.
