Service Receptionist / Service Cashier - Bluebonnet Ford
We are looking for a dedicated Person to fill our growing service department.. We need applicants who have great customer service skills and are willing to learn the automotive industry.
Responsibilities:
- Understand and follow receptionist processes and procedures.
- Answer all inbound service phone calls and schedule service appointments
- Perform clerical duties such as typing, proofreading, data entry, filing, photocopying, faxing
- Receive visitors and obtain names and nature of business.
- Cashier service customers
- Direct clients to lounge and refer clients to appropriate personnel for vehicle status updates.
- Diffuse client concerns and direct them to the appropriate team member for assistance
- Scan repair orders
- Keep Service Lounge clean and presentable.
- Perform daily cash report.
