X-Ray Technologist - $45 to $50 per hour – Fort Lee, NJ

Position Overview
As a Certified Radiology Technologist, you will play a pivotal role in delivering high-quality intraoperative imaging services using advanced fluoroscopic technology. This position offers the opportunity to work alongside top-tier surgeons and medical staff in a fast-paced, innovative environment focused on minimally invasive procedures and patient safety.
Key Responsibilities- Lead fluoroscopic imaging procedures in modern operating rooms using next-generation C-arm systems, ensuring optimal image clarity for surgical precision.
- Collaborate directly with surgeons and anesthesiologists to tailor imaging protocols to complex cases, including orthopedics, pain management, and spinal interventions.
- Champion equipment excellence by performing daily QA checks, maintaining detailed calibration logs, and coordinating preventive maintenance with biomedical engineers.
- Drive patient-centered care by conducting pre-operative assessments, educating patients on procedural details, and addressing concerns with empathy.
- Uphold stringent safety standards through meticulous radiation shielding, dose monitoring, and adherence to ALARA principles.
- Contribute to continuous improvement by participating in quality audits, peer reviews, and accreditation readiness initiatives.
- Master aseptic techniques to maintain sterile fields during hybrid OR procedures, including advanced image-guided interventions.
- Education: Associate’s degree or higher from an ARRT-accredited radiologic technology program.
- Certifications:
- Active ARRT (R) certification (required)
- Current BLS/ACLS certification (required)
- Fluoroscopy/C-arm specialization (strongly preferred)
- Experience: 2+ years of hands-on C-arm operation in OR/ASC settings; new graduates with externships in surgical imaging will be considered.
- Technical Skills:
- Expertise in positioning trauma/post-surgical patients
- Proficiency with OEC, Ziehm, or Siemens C-arms
- Familiarity with PACS systems and dose-reporting software
- Soft Skills:
- Ability to adapt to rapid procedural changes in high-acuity cases
- Demonstrated leadership in radiation safety education
- Multilingual capabilities (Spanish/Mandarin/Korean) are a plus

Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria. We offer Same-Day (Daily) Pay.
Pay Details: $45.00 to $50.00 per hour
