What Youll Be Doing
Conduct comprehensive psychiatric evaluations, psychopharmacological treatments, and discharge consultations.Collaborate with primary care teams at community health centers.
Provide timely patient support between visits, handling urgent psychiatric needs.
Participate in quality improvement projects and research.
Coordinate referrals and ensure continuity of care.
About You
Be able to do the job as described.
Master's Degree, PMHNP with MA licensedPsychiatric experience and DEA registration.
At least 2 years of clinical nursing experience in behavioral health settings.
Confidence in evaluating patient safety and initiating care escalations.
Strong interpersonal skills for collaborative work across departments.
