Responsibilities:

• Oversee a team of 1-2 Accounts Receivable Specialists.
• Maintain strong communication within the team and with other departments.
• Manage accounts receivable, cash receipts, and posting payments.
• Handle invoice generation, determinations of payment terms, and credit policies.
• Execute collections activities and manage aging reports.
• Perform regular reporting and reconciliations.
• Maintain proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Dynamics.
• Ensure accurate and efficient processing of customer credit applications.
• Keep accurate records of customer credit.
• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions.
• Proficiency in Accounts Receivable (AR) management
• Experience in Billing Functions and Cash Activity
• Proven ability in Cash Handling
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel
• Experience in managing Aged Receivables
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to analyze financial data and prepare financial reports
• High attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
