Human Resources Coordinator: Employee Experience Coordinator
Robert Half is hiring a Human Resources Coordinator: Employee Experience Coordinator to join John Deere’s Human Resources Operations Center in Moline, IL!
This is a one-year contract with the possibility of extension. The role is hybrid, offering 4 days in-office and 1 remote day per week, with flexibility on the remote day. Comprehensive in-office training will last 2-3 months.

Responsibilities:
Provide exceptional support to employees and HR on key processes.
Handle HR transactions such as talent acquisition, employee records, and training administration.
Maintain confidentiality and deliver process improvements.
Collaborate with team members to enhance HR support efficiency.
Required Skills:
Strong attention to detail, multi-tasking, and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills.
Proven teamwork experience and adaptability.
Preferred Skills:
Experience in HR processes or using Success Factor modules.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is a plus.
