1. **Student Leader Identification & Outreach**

• Research and identify potential student leaders across various universities
• Develop outreach strategies and initial contact protocols
• Build and maintain a database of potential candidates
• Conduct initial screening of candidates

1. **Interview & Documentation**

• Conduct virtual interviews with selected student leaders
• Develop standardized interview questions and protocols
• Record and transcribe interviews
• Follow up with subjects for additional details or clarification

1. **Content Creation**

• Transform interview content into compelling narrative formats
• Draft and edit autobiographical pieces
• Incorporate feedback from both subjects and supervisors
• Ensure consistent voice and style across all pieces
