Maintenance Technician

Gator Investments is currently seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our team in Miami, FL.

Gator’s portfolio consists of retail shopping centers, multi-family apartment complexes, office buildings, industrial properties and single tenant net leased properties, and currently owns and manages over 10 million square feet of commercial property and 2,00 apartment homes.

Our ideal candidate:

• Prior maintenance experience preferably in multifamily property management
• Knowledgeable in all areas of maintenance
• Assist with turnkey operations and assist with making vacant units rent-ready in a timely manner
• Utilizes and maintains equipment in a proper, safe and effective manner
• Painting or touch up of all common areas as needed
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisor, residents, and vendors
• Ability to follow directions and work well with others

Requirements:

• Valid Driver’s License
• Reliable Transportation
• Must pass a criminal background check and drug test
• Ability to lift 50 lbs. following appropriate safety procedures
