Salary: $160-190k base (stretch) + Bonus + Profit Sharing

Key Responsibilities:

• Reporting directly to the Vice President.
• Handling detailed booking and reconciliation of the quarterly closing of a large fund complex and related calls/distributions.
• Overseeing annual financial statements and audits.

Qualifications:

• CPA is a plus.
• 5+ years of private equity accounting experience; open to candidates with backgrounds in tax, audit, fund administration or other private equity funds.
• Enthusiasm to learn, strong work ethic, detail-oriented, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced culture.
• Willingness to occasionally work late hours and weekends for urgent tasks.
