Inside Sales Rep Trailers / Hopper / Dry Bulk
Company is seeking to hire an INSIDE SALES REP to provide ADMINISTRATIVE & SALES SUPPORT for the Territory and Branch Sales Reps in the direct SALES of all TRAILERS both new and used (Agricultural Trailers; Semi-Trailer, Dry Bulk, Hopper etc.)
REQUIREMENTS- Must possess or be able to gain an understanding of the Hopper and Agriculture (AG) industry.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Prior Sales experience preferred: We need a candidate with 1 to 3 years of sales experience and an agriculture background; Semi-Trailer, Dry Bulk, Hopper…
- Agriculture sales background is a huge plus
LOCATION: Council Bluffs, Iowa
POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES
FACILITATE AND MANAGE SALES: Answer and address all incoming calls & walk-in customers pertaining to sales; Sell new and used trailers in store and in the field as required; Assist Customers during trailer delivery; Develop understanding of used trailer values and competitors product line; Prepare sales quotes for customers; Must work closely with Customer Service in David City, Nebraska, including setting up releases for customers picking up in David City.
MANAGE THE SALES LOT AND INVENTORY: Create and process purchase orders and reconditioning bills for used trailers & any repairs or modifications to new trailers as required; Provide specifications and values for used trailers.
Line up freight if delivered to the Branch’s or Customer’s location & contact customer for timely delivery
Maintain a weekly delivery log for trailers to be delivered in the following week
Performs additional duties as assigned by management or required by the position.
POSITION QUALIFICATIONS- Must possess or be able to gain an understanding of the Hopper and Agriculture (AG) industry

- Prior Sales experience preferred
