Maintenance Manager
Manufacturing company with locations nationwide is targeting a Maintenance Manager to oversee and lead their maintenance team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with electrical or mechanical systems and a proven track record of successful leadership.
The Maintenance Manager will play a crucial role in ensuring the reliability and efficiency of our production machinery and equipment.

salary: $110,000 - 140,000 per year

responsibilities:
- Supervise and lead a team of skilled maintenance technicians.
- Develop and implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize downtime and optimize equipment performance.
- Coordinate and schedule maintenance activities to ensure minimal impact on production schedules.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts for electrical and mechanical issues, utilizing a systematic approach to identify root causes and implement effective solutions.
- Foster a collaborative and positive work environment, promoting a culture of safety, efficiency, and accountability.
