• Must have an active State License

• Bilingual Spanish is preferred

• The salary range for this position is $115,000-$130,000 | yr
• This is a Full-time, Part-time or Per Diem position

• Create patient care plans and contribute to existing plans.
• Perform physical exams and patient observations.
