• Manage the full cycle of accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll processing, and general ledger maintenance.
• Verify, allocate, and post transactions accurately to maintain accounts.
• Reconcile entries to balance accounts effectively and ensure accuracy in financial reporting.
• File documents meticulously to maintain high-quality historical records.
• Prepare detailed financial reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing account information.
• Craft Accounts Receivable invoices, review payments received, and record deposits promptly.
