HR Director
KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, has an immediate opening for an HR Director in Beverly Hills, Ca.
**This is a Direct Hire position that will be fully onsite.
We are seeking a dynamic and strategic HR Director to lead our Human Resources department and drive a people-first culture in a fast-paced, trend-driven environment. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR leadership, a deep understanding of talent acquisition, performance management, culture-building, and compliance, and a passion for the fashion and e-commerce industries.This role will play a key part in developing and implementing HR strategies that support our business growth while fostering a creative, diverse, and inclusive workplace.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic HR Leadership:-
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.-
Provide leadership and guidance to the HR team, ensuring alignment with company goals.-
Oversee all HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, compensation, training & development, and compliance.
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning:-
Drive innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent in fashion, retail, and e-commerce.-
Partner with department heads to identify workforce needs and create talent pipelines.
Culture & Employee Engagement:-
Cultivate an engaging and high-performance workplace culture that reflects our brand and values-
Develop employee recognition programs and engagement strategies.-
Drive employee satisfaction, retention, and well-being initiatives.
Performance & Development:-
Implement a performance management system that fosters growth and accountability.-
Lead training & development programs to support leadership and employee growth.-
Provide coaching and mentorship to managers on effective people management.
Compensation & Benefits Management:-
Ensure competitive salary structures and benefits packages align with industry standards.-
Oversee payroll, benefits administration, and compliance with employment laws.-
Partner with finance teams to manage HR budgets and forecasting.
Compliance & Risk Management:-
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.-
Develop and enforce HR policies that maintain legal and ethical workplace standards.-
Manage employee relations, conflict resolution, and workplace investigations.
Qualifications & Experience:-
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree or HR certifications preferred).-
10+ years of HR experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (preferably in fashion, retail, or e-commerce).-
Strong understanding of HR best practices, employment laws, and talent management strategies.-
Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.-
Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.-
Proven ability to drive culture, engagement, and talent development.-
Experience in the fashion, beauty, or retail sector preferred. -
Passion for trend-driven, influencer-based business models preferred. -
Knowledge of HRIS (Human Resource Information Systems) and digital HR tools.
