As the Property Accountant, you will play a critical role in reviewing financial reports and transactions, delivering financial insights and maintaining the financial health of various properties.We are seeking candidates with exceptional analytical and technical accounting skills who can act as a trusted partner for financial management and reporting.
As the Property Accountant, you will focus on:
- Financial Reporting: Prepare comprehensive financial reports and management reports for each property, including KPI analysis and supporting schedules.
- Cash Management: Carry out property-specific cash management activities to ensure liquidity and efficiency.
- Lease Review: Analyze lease abstracts and review all associated property transactions and statements.
- Partnership Distributions: Process and prepare partnership distributions with accuracy and attention to detail.
The Ideal Property Accountant Candidate will have:
- Previous experience as a Property Accountant, preferably in real estate.
- Proficient in preparing financial and management reports.
- Strong analytical skills with proven expertise in KPI analysis and supporting schedules.
- Knowledge of cash management, lease abstract review, and partnership distributions.
