CWL Experienced Systems Engineer
Basic Qualifications :
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering or Mathematics field. Also requires 2+ years of job-related experience or a Master's degree. Agile experience preferred.
CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required within a reasonable period. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
Responsibilities for this Position:
ROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:
As a systems engineer for CWL, you’ll be a member of a cross functional team responsible for the system engineering and functional design of the system under development, addressing topics such as payload integration, weapon launch interlocks, weapon simulation, message exchanges, user interfaces, and cybersecurity.As a member of the system engineering team, the candidate will help ensure functional and technical specifications and standards are complete and accurate, delivered as required to support customer review and approval, to support system development and test.

- B.S or M.S. in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related degree
- Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience with computer system architectures, cybersecurity, Linux or embedded operating systems

Workplace Options: Primarily on-site but potential for part time remote work after 6 months.

Salary Note:This estimate represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors (geographic location, etc.). Actual pay may vary. This job posting will remain open until the position is filled.
Combined Salary Range: USD $97,754.00 - USD $108,445.00 /Yr.
