Customer Service Representative - Randstad
The primary purpose of this role is to ensure the availability of adequate resources and processes within the Customer Service department to deliver highly professional interactions with customers. These interactions include order processing, complaint resolution, general inquiries, and information requests. The role acts as a consultant to customers regarding available products and specifications, supports the order-to-cash processes, and collaborates with internal and external stakeholders to drive sales programs and services. This position is vital in supporting sales targets across the Americas and ensuring the Customer Service department is recognized as best-in-class. Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or GED required; Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 4–5 years of experience with SAP preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to read, comprehend, and follow safety instructions and guidelines.
- Proven ability to interact professionally and effectively with internal and external customers.
- Proficiency in basic computer skills, including Microsoft Excel, Word, and SAP, with adaptability to other software applications.
- Skilled in using office equipment such as calculators, telephones, typewriters/keyboards, and various office machines.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interaction in person, over the phone, and via email.

Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service by handling order processing, complaints, and inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
- Serve as a trusted consultant to customers regarding product specifications and available options.

- Ensure compliance with order-to-cash practices and uphold high standards in customer interactions.
