Job Description:

• Conduct thorough Training Needs Assessments and Audience Analyses to identify learning objectives and performance gaps, training participants, and delivery channels.
• Design and develop comprehensive, 508-compliant instructional materials, including course summary sheets, learning objectives, course outlines, storyboards, video scripts, job aids, quick reference sheets, and other supporting documents for training deliverables.
• Create online, interactive training materials in various formats, such as printable job aids, instructor-led (virtual and in-person), micro-learning, videos, and eLearning courses.
• Generate program interactive, SCORM-compliant webinars, micro-learning and full-length eLearning courses in eLearning authoring tools (e.g., Adobe, Captivate, Camtasia, Articulate Storyline)
• Develop and administer a variety of assessments, including quizzes, tests, simulations, and practical exercises, to measure learner progress and comprehension. Analyze assessment data to evaluate the effectiveness of instructional programs, identify areas for improvement, and make data-driven recommendations for enhancing learning outcomes.
