Key Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries in a timely and friendly manner
• Resolve issues by investigating and escalating as needed
• Document customer interactions and resolutions in our system
• Collaborate with team members to ensure customer satisfaction
• Provide product and service information to customers

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required

Schedule:

Monday – Friday, with occasional Saturday shifts as needed.
