- Effectively manage all financial aspects of projects.
- Support the Business Development team in client meetings and sales presentations.
- Supervise junior team members in estimating and quantity take-offs.
- Manage multiple projects primarily in a negotiated contract format, focusing on repeat and referred customers.
- Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Collaborate effectively with in-house architects, interior designers, and real estate professionals to deliver turn-key services.
- Serve as a team leader within the organization.

The Successful Applicant- Bachelors degree in construction/engineering related field
- 10+ years in the construction industry
- Estimating abilities
- Client-facing abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
