Description:
The Licensed Mental Health Clinician supports EmWELL's mission to foster a culture of well-being by providing systemic mental health support. This role focuses on group debriefs, mental health training, and support during periods of acute stress or crisis.Evaluates and optimizes existing mental health offerings and group support structures to enhance operational efficiency and staff resilience without providing one-on-one consultations.
- Mental Health Strategy - Develop systemic strategies to strengthen mental health support structures within the organization. Partner with leaders and teams across the system to embed mental health resources into well-being initiatives and workplace operations.
- Group Facilitation - Facilitate group debriefs to support teams during acute stress or crisis situations.
- Training and Education - Deliver mental health training to Emory Healthcare staff, equipping them with strategies to support resilience and well-being.
- Program Evaluation - Evaluate existing mental health offerings and recommend optimizations for better alignment to meet staff needs.
- Feedback and Improvement - Collect and analyze feedback to continuously refine mental health programs and resources.
- Crisis Support - Provide immediate, systemic-level guidance and support during organizational crises to mitigate burnout and enhance staff recovery.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
- Master's degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in mental health support, including experience in group facilitation, training, and crisis response within a healthcare or organizational setting.
- Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or equivalent licensure (e.g., LCSW).
- Employee may work independently under the general direction of their leader, exercising professional judgment to assess and address organizational needs.
- May require travel to work at other sites when needed.
