We are on the lookout for a meticulous and experienced CVP tester to join our team in New York. This role is centered around designing, developing, and recommending integrated security systems to ensure the protection of proprietary/confidential data and systems.

As a part of our team, you will be providing technical engineering services for the support of integrated security systems and solutions to manage information-related risks. This opportunity is on a contract to hire basis.

CVP VERIFIED TESTER CERTIFICATION IS REQUIRED!

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop integrated security systems to safeguard proprietary/confidential data
  • Recommend physical control solutions to enhance security measures
  • Participate with clients in the strategic design process to translate security and business requirements into technical designs
  • Configure and validate secure systems and physical controls
  • Test security products and systems to detect security weakness
  • Establish and recommend changes to policies affecting subordinate organizations
  • Work on complex problems where analysis of situation or data requires an in-depth evaluation of various factors
  • Exercise judgment within broadly defined practices and policies in selecting methods, techniques and evaluation criteria for obtaining results
  • Interact with senior management on matters concerning several functional areas, divisions and/or customers
  • Provide technical direction, leadership, and training to less experienced staff
  • Handle seldom and unusual occurring job events and complete complex and difficult assignments.
  • Experience in customer service and management
  • Ability to design, review, and implement IT security policies and procedures
  • Capable of providing training on security practices and methods
  • Proficient in reporting and report writing
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to oversee and troubleshoot security issues
  • Knowledge of networks, Active Directory, and Python
  • Familiarity with IT security systems and best practices
  • Ability to serve as a liaison between different teams and departments
  • Understanding of benefit functions and 'About Time' software
  • Demonstrable experience with security systems and software.
