This individual will ensure the continued operation of assembly machines through interpretation of and appropriate response to machine faults and through occasional alignment of stations and fixtures. This individual will perform moderately complex, repetitive tasks associated with machine operation and is expected to endure a moderate level of equipment attentiveness.

education: High School

• All essential duties and responsibilities of Equipment I, in addition to those outlined below.
• Adjust parameters (within allowable limits) to ensure good quality and optimal machine efficiency.
• Able to interpret machine faults and determine root cause. Able to permanently rectify the issue (within the validated condition of the equipment) such that fault no longer occurs.
• Capable of performing minor machine adjustments, changeovers, and setups without maintenance intervention
• Able to demonstrate flexibility in operating multiple machines of moderate complexity.
• On manufacturing lines with multiple team members, effectively leads operation of equipment, ensuring as required tasks are completed.
• Responsible to complete basic Preventive Maintenance (PM) tasks.
