RCC is seeking a Windows engineer that is strong with Windows migration and office 365.
Their primary function is to help my team take escalations and resolve deployment related issues, need someone who can:
Read SCCM logs and identify nature of error
Remediate SCCM agent health
Additional qualifications:
- Create, manage and administer: SCCM OSD deployment process including the driver library.
- Create and administer advertisements, programs, collections, and custom reports in SCCM.
- Troubleshoot failed SCCM deployments and SCCM health issues.
- Provide training to staff on application builds, SCCM health monitoring, etc.
- Administer SCCM software delivery including various methods such as running advertised programs machine targeted, user targeted and large scale deployments.
Desktop Certification is a ++. BA/BS College Degree or equivalent is preferred
