Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health – Massachusetts' STARR is an off campus group home located in Paxton, MA, and serves co-ed youth, ages 6 to 12, on a rapid reintegration care program. With a 1:3 staff to student ratio, the emphasis at STARR is to identify and treat safety/risk factors, barrier behaviors, factors that precipitated placement, and facilitate reintegration of the youth to the family or next appropriate placement in the shortest time period possible, usually within a matter of days.

Devereux Advanced Behavioral Health - Massachusetts and Rhode Island provides programs and services for children and adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorders. Located in Paxton, MA. This position is responsible for managing personal hygiene, chores & room care, meals, medication administration, recreation activities, facilitating peer interactions & socialization, working on their treatment goals, and providing transportation for clients, families, or others as assigned.

Qualifications:

Job Requirements:

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Drivers license required.
• Minimum Bachelors OR 12 years in a supervisory or direct care role can replace the Bachelors Degree
• Previous experience working with individuals under 21 with psychological, emotional and behavioral disorders required
• Residential supervisory experience preferred

Schedule:

• 2 weeks New Hire Orientation, Monday
• Friday, 8AM
• 4PM, in Rutland, MA
• Schedule Post Orientation: Sunday 7am-5pm, Mon - Tue 1pm-11pm and Wednesday 9am-7pm
