Kitchen & Bath Designer/Salesperson
This role is a blend of creative design, sales strategy, and project management, so our ideal candidate will have vast kitchen design experience as well as a strong sales background. Previous kitchen and bathroom design industry experience is required and candidates should be familiar with the different elements that go into these designs, such as cabinets, toilets, vanities, sinks, faucets, etc.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to design, measure, and provide estimates on kitchen and bath projects.
- Diligently update the sales lead tracker to ensure accurate and up-to-date information for all client interactions, enabling effective follow-ups and pipeline management.
- Maintain strong knowledge of products, trends, and industry standards to inform client recommendations.
- Manage full-cycle ordering process for all kitchen and bath projects from inception through completion, including scheduling assembly and deliveries.
- Present and sell design concepts to clients, addressing questions and making adjustments as needed.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including market expansion and partnerships.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify opportunities for Crosstown’s growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry partners.
- Analyze sales data and provide lead generation reports to senior management.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and post-sale support.
- 2+ years of kitchen and bathroom design experience; design certification a plus!
- Good project management skills, including strong decision-making, problem-solving and strategic planning abilities.
- Must be proficient in 2020 design software.
- Effective communication skills, including writing, speaking and active listening.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, must know filters, sorting, basic formulas required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
- Extensive experience in managing a sales lead trackers/pipeline and customer follow-up.
- Must be able to show a portfolio or examples of your work (upon interview).
- Robust organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects.
- Knowledge of current design trends, materials, and appliances for kitchens and bathrooms.
- A passion for design and a customer-focused approach.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel as needed.
- Huge plus if you can bring some of your own clients, but not required.
