Key Responsibilities- Create a welcoming atmosphere for all passengers during the boarding process and throughout the flight.
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing needs and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Conduct pre-flight safety checks and briefings to ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Serve in-flight meals and beverages with a friendly demeanor while ensuring a pleasant experience.
- Monitor passenger well-being and assist them with any inquiries during the flight.
- Act quickly and efficiently during in-flight emergencies while adhering to established safety procedures.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the overall flight experience.
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a friendly, communicative disposition.
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Previous customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Willingness to participate in training and follow safety guidelines strictly.
- A genuine enthusiasm for travel and a love for connecting with people.
