FULL DESCRIPTION: We are seeking a highly motivated and driven individual to join our team!
This position will be dealing directly with our customers via e-mail and phone by scheduling, estimating and following up with our team for the highest level of customer service.The Service Advisor is primarily responsible for scheduling technicians in the Service Department, communicating updates to customers requiring estimates, scheduling completion/adjustments, needed repairs, and following up with technicians.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
-Schedules service appointments.-Obtains customer, boat, and Yamaha Outboard data prior to arrival when possible.-Greets and/or follows up with customers in a timely, friendly manner.-Provides a complete and accurate written cost estimate for labor and parts.-Establishes "promised time"-Checks on progress of technicians throughout the day.-Contacts customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promise time, explains cost and time requirements in detail, and obtains authorization prior to additional repairs.-Advise customers on the care of their Yamaha Outboards and boats and the value of maintaining their boat and motors in accordance with manufacturers' specifications to avoid costly repairs.-Customer Service: 1 year (Required)-General knowledge of boating/car dealership big +
