Business Development Manager
Business Development Manager to join a growing team in the Southeast. Role is responsible to identify, qualify, and execute new business opportunities in the OEM and EV markets.
This is a direct hire job opportunity. Must be comfortable with 50% travel within the Southeast territory. This is a REMOTE position and can be based in GA, AL, NC, SC and TN.

Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree (Engineering or technical discipline is preferred)
- Must have at least three (3) years business development experience in the OEM or EV market space
- Business analytical skills
- Product development experience

responsibilities:
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities to drive growth in key accounts and align resources for effective execution.
- Meet with customers to understand application needs, pain points, and develop tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop product category strategies and profitable programs.
- Create and execute customer-specific marketing and sales strategies for targeted accounts.
- Analyze competitors' business models and develop benchmarks for product performance.
- Develop short-term and long-term business forecasts and strategic outlooks.
- Travel domestically and internationally (up to 50%) to fulfill job responsibilities.
