CNC Programmer
You will also design and procure necessary tools, prepare detailed work instructions, and utilize CAD/CAM software to optimize run and programming times.

Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 3 years’ experience working with programming CNC Punch Press for Sheet Metal Fabrication
- Experience programming CNC Lasers preferred but not required
- Engineering experience/background with strong mechanical aptitude helpful
- Working knowledge of SolidWorks – must have used this for sheet metal fabrication; CAMWorks; and a computerized nesting software preferably SigmaNEST
- Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, and their applications
- Knowledge of raw materials used in sheet metal manufacturing, production processes, bend deductions, turret punch press tooling, quality control, costs, and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture of goods
- Knowledge of design techniques, tools, and principals involved in production & interpretation of precision technical plans, blueprints, drawings, and models, specifically for sheet metal manufacturing
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to understand G Codes including ability to write, edit and troubleshoot production and technical issues
- Ability to organize tasks in order of importance and use time most effectively to complete all work in timely manner
- Ability to work in a fast paced & customer service-oriented environment
