We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing team. This role will serve as a strategic partner to senior leadership and business units, providing HR expertise to drive business performance, foster a positive work environment, and support talent development.The HRBP will work closely with managers to implement HR programs, initiatives, and processes that align with the company's goals, values, and culture.
Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with business leaders to provide HR guidance and support, ensuring alignment of HR strategies with business objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor on employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution, ensuring fair and consistent treatment across the organization.
- Provide coaching and support to managers on best practices for talent management, including recruitment, employee development, and succession planning.
- Assist in implementing HR programs related to compensation, benefits, training, and employee engagement to enhance employee satisfaction and retention.
- Lead and support the execution of performance management processes, including goal setting, performance reviews, and development plans.
- Analyze HR metrics and data to identify trends and recommend proactive solutions to improve business outcomes and workforce engagement.
- Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Work closely with the talent acquisition team to develop and execute recruitment strategies that attract top talent.
- Drive initiatives to enhance organizational culture, diversity and inclusion, and employee engagement.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal labor laws and regulations.
- Provide support for change management initiatives and organizational development efforts.

The Successful Applicant
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 5+ years of progressive experience in human resources, with at least 3 years in a business partner or strategic HR role.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and compliance regulations.
- Proven ability to build relationships and collaborate effectively with all levels of the organization.
- Experience in employee relations, conflict resolution, and performance management.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical and decision-making abilities, with the ability to use data to inform HR strategies.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- SHRM-CP, PHR, or other relevant certifications are a plus.
