Customer Experience Specialist

• Ensure prompt, accurate processing of customer credit applications
• Maintain meticulous records of customer credit
• Handle customer inquiries promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
• Monitor customer accounts regularly, taking the necessary actions when required
• Utilize various computer programs to manage customer information effectively
• Leverage CRM and Epic Software to optimize customer interactions
• Provide assistance to customers as needed, ensuring their needs are met
• Handle inbound calls, providing timely and accurate responses
• Balance billing functions effectively, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• Use ADP - Financial Services and Avaya CMS for efficient workflow management.
• Proficiency in ADP
• Financial Services is a must.
• Familiarity with Avaya CMS is required.
• Ability to use various computer programs effectively.
• Experience with CRM platforms is necessary.
• Knowledge of Epic Software is highly preferred.
• Proficiency in using About Time software is desired.
• Demonstrated experience in answering inbound calls.
• Proven ability to assist customers effectively in various scenarios.
• Knowledge of benefit functions is crucial.
• Experience in handling billing functions is required.
