We are currently in search of a Customer Experience Specialist to join our team. This role is primarily based in Cleveland, Ohio. As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be expected to provide top-quality customer service, maintain accurate records, and handle customer inquiries effectively.

Responsibilities:- Ensure prompt, accurate processing of customer credit applications
- Maintain meticulous records of customer credit
- Handle customer inquiries promptly, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Monitor customer accounts regularly, taking the necessary actions when required
- Utilize various computer programs to manage customer information effectively
- Leverage CRM and Epic Software to optimize customer interactions
- Provide assistance to customers as needed, ensuring their needs are met
- Handle inbound calls, providing timely and accurate responses
- Balance billing functions effectively, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Use ADP - Financial Services and Avaya CMS for efficient workflow management.
- Proficiency in ADP
- Financial Services is a must.
- Familiarity with Avaya CMS is required.
- Ability to use various computer programs effectively.
- Experience with CRM platforms is necessary.
- Knowledge of Epic Software is highly preferred.
- Proficiency in using About Time software is desired.
- Demonstrated experience in answering inbound calls.
- Proven ability to assist customers effectively in various scenarios.
- Knowledge of benefit functions is crucial.
- Experience in handling billing functions is required.
