The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for visitors and calls, providing exceptional service and support. This role involves managing front desk operations, administrative tasks, and ensuring seamless communication across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome visitors in a professional and friendly manner.
- Answer and direct incoming calls, take messages, and handle inquiries.
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meeting rooms as needed.
- Assist with administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and record management.
- Process incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries.
- Provide support for internal and external events or meetings.
- Ensure compliance with visitor protocols and maintain a secure environment.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure efficient communication and support.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred).
- Proven experience in a front desk, receptionist, or administrative role.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and other relevant software.
- Professional demeanor and appearance.
- Ability to work independently and handle confidential information with discretion.
