Work Hours: Mon-Fri, 8 hours/day

Role Overview:

  • Manage recall inboxes (email/paper) and update tracking documents.
  • Communicate with clients, sales, and customer service teams for product returns.
  • Provide administrative support (phone calls, filing, scheduling, etc.).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent organizational skills required.
  • 0-3 years of office experience, ideally with HR background.

Requirements:

  • HSD/GED required
  • At least 2 years of admin/office management experience
  • Experience with scheduling, travel arrangements, and front-desk duties

Pay Details: $22.08 per hour
