Accounts Payable Specialist

We currently have an open position for a well-organized and motivated Accounts Payable Specialist.

The Accounts Payable Specialist will handle the following for an expanding company:

• Maintain vendor files and set up new vendor accounts
• Process invoices daily, code invoices, and ensure accuracy of AP
• Perform a 3-way match and investigate any differences
• Respond to vendors inquires, reconcile discrepancies, and resolve disputes
• Review and reconcile vendor statements
• Process employee travel and business expenses
• Apply customer payments to invoices and remotely deposit checks
• Review and input invoices and check requests timely and accurately
• BS degree in Accounting, Business or similar
• 2+ years of experience in an A/P role preferred
• Proficient in MS Excel
