Job Description- Strategic Partnership:
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders on HR-related matters, providing insights and solutions to support business objectives.

- Talent Management:
- Partner with leaders to identify talent needs, develop workforce plans, and execute recruitment strategies.

- Performance Management:

The Successful Applicant- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Professional HR certification (e.g., PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP) is preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partner role.
- Experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- In-depth knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and workforce planning.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build relationships.
- Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Proficiency in HRIS systems and data analytics tools.
