Customer Experience Specialist

Robert Half is seeking Customer Experience Specialists for a Seasonal opening in the luxury goods space. This role will require previous experience in a Customer Service and/or Call Center environment and flexible availability to work a variety of shifts (morning, mid-day, & evening) Monday through Sunday.
This position will require the ability to work onsite in Lyndhurst, NJ.
Responsibilities- Manage customer interactions through inbound calls, emails, and chat instant messenger
- Efficiently process customer orders and ensure their timely execution
- Conduct extensive research on purchase requests and provide timely updates to customers
- Follow up on shipping information and ensure it is communicated to customers accurately
- Assist customers with returns and quality issues, ensuring their concerns are addressed promptly
- Utilize the Salesforce Platform to maintain accurate customer records
- Monitor customer accounts and take appropriate action when necessary
- Leverage your skills in E-commerce sales to ensure a seamless shopping experience for customers
- Use your expertise in Call Center Customer Service to provide excellent customer service
- Handle Order Entry tasks efficiently and accurately.
- Prior experience in a call center customer service role
- Previous experience in e-commerce sales or customer service is strongly preferred
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and systems
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Willingness to learn about new products and services as needed
- Availability to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays
