  • Manage online reservations to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction.
  • Oversee event schedules, ensuring guests arrive punctually.
  • Communicate with maintenance vendors to address and resolve facility issues.
  • Conduct orientations and guide tours of the office space.
  • Work together with the day porter, reporting any issues or concerns.
  • Ensure the smooth running of the front desk operations.
  • Utilize Microsoft Office tools and email correspondence for daily tasks and communication.
  • Maintain a detail-oriented and welcoming environment at all times.
  • Ensure fair treatment of all guests and staff. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Strong customer service skills are essential, with the ability to interact professionally and courteously with clients.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are necessary to facilitate smooth operations.
  • Previous experience with receptionist duties is a must, including handling incoming calls and managing reception area.
  • Familiarity with booking and preparing conference rooms for meetings and events.
  • Ability to effectively schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meetings.
