The RN Supervisor Orthopedic Unit will oversee a dynamic 25+ bed medical-surgical unit specializing in orthopedic care. Their team delivers exceptional post-surgical care for patients undergoing various orthopedic procedures and injuries. With recognition from Becker’s Hospital Review and U.S. News & World Report, their Hip and Knee Replacement Program is Joint Commission certified.Their interdisciplinary approach includes collaboration with physicians, physical and occupational therapists, case managers, and more.
In this leadership role as RN Supervisor Orthopedic Unit, you’ll oversee nursing staff, provide education and professional development, and ensure high standards of patient care. Your responsibilities include coordinating care, evaluating patient progress, and contributing to performance improvement initiatives.Candidates should have a BSN, NC RN Licensure, BCLS certification, and at least one year of RN experience.
