About Our Client

Job Description
  • Develop accurate and detailed construction cost estimates.
  • Collaborate with project teams to understand project scope and objectives.
  • Review and assess cost proposals from vendors and subcontractors.
  • Prepare and present cost reports to senior management.
  • Assist in contract negotiations to ensure cost-effective project execution.
  • Monitor project progress to identify variances and adjust estimates accordingly.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors and suppliers.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and advancements in construction methodologies.

The Successful Applicant
  • A strong understanding of construction methodologies and processes.
  • Proficiency in cost estimating software and tools.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • The ability to collaborate effectively with diverse project teams.
  • Superior communication skills to present cost estimates to stakeholders.
  • A degree in Engineering, Construction Management or a related field.
