Job Title: Senior System Administrator/Engineer (O365/Exchange)

Remote

Overview: We are in need of a Senior System Administrator/Engineer specializing in O365 and Microsoft Exchange for a temporary contract opportunity. This role is crucial for providing administrative and engineering level support, filling in for key responsibilities.

Responsibilities:

1. Full administration and high-level support for Exchange and O365 environments.
2. Manage e-discovery responsibilities, coordinating and responding to requests as they arise.
3. Collaborate with team members on various technical tasks.
4. Provide Subject Matter Expert (SME) perspectives for day-to-day operations where necessary.
5. Contribute to the team's continuous documentation efforts.
6. Assist with monthly software patching.

Environment: The primary working environment is Microsoft-centric, including Outlook, SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and Office applications such as Word and Excel. The successful candidate will be part of the O365 team, taking a leading role in email, calendar and Office application management, as well as providing high-level administrative assistance.

Qualifications:

1. Significant experience as a senior-level Exchange/O365 administrator at an engineering level.
2. Demonstrated experience with e-discovery management.
3. Excellent teamwork and communication skills.
4. Proficiency in PowerShell, with a demonstrated ability to streamline and enhance processes.
5. Strong documentation skills.
6. Experience at the enterprise level is preferred, particularly with global admin for M365.

Additional Information:

1. This position is 100% remote; however, candidates should be available during PST hours (9 AM – 5 PM, flexible by +/- 1 hour).
