What You'll Do:

Job Title: CMT Staff Project Manager I
Job Location: Tampa, FL

Type: Full time/Permanent

Job Duties: Primarily involved with tasks supporting the management of construction materials testing projects, including daily reporting review, assist with resolution of issues in collaboration with senior staff, and training of field staff on your projects.

Manage project budgets, prepare invoices, change orders, and assist with collection efforts. Assist with preparation of proposals. May assist with or perform laboratory testing, soil classification, testing of soils, foundations, reinforced and post-tensioned concrete, masonry, structural steel, and fireproofing and asphalt pavement, as needed.

Minimum Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, Materials Science Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Geology, or related field plus 3 months of experience in the job offered or any related occupation.

Offered Salary: $69,680/year (the salary must be included on the state website posting)
