Responsibilities
Candidate must have injection molding skills as well as supervisory and people skills. Responsible for all shift operations including but not limited to directing, instructing and training employees on proper procedures. Will be accountable for monitoring and regulating costs and rejects.Also, responsible for ensuring manufacturing personnel are following safety procedures. Must have at least 5 years experience in plastic injection molding. Also, must have supervisory experience (2 years). The ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the organization is paramount.
