Responsibilities
Mechanical assembly of extrusion frames. Minimal electro-mechanical assembly using proper grounding techniques.
Following work instructions, perform repetitive assembly operations.
Produce quality work to specified time standards.
Execute in-process checks using visual inspection and check lists.
Possess an aptitude for cross functional training to reduce takt time.
Utilize a variety of hand tools such as screw drivers, hex keys, drills, saws, tape measures and fixtures.
Coordinating with teammates participate in manually integrating large subassemblies to complete afinal assembly.
Willingness to work overtime as needed.
