Skills and qualifications:
- Full-time plumber who repairs and performs preventative maintenance on plumbing systems and pipe systems
- Attention to detail
- Ability to perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Proficiency in basic mathematics and measurement conversion
- High school diploma or GED.
- Ability to lift, climb ladders, dexterity in tight work areas, proficiency with hand tools and with power tools.
- Excellent problem solving and customer service skills.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Perform scheduled maintenance and record all work.
- Report any defective or substandard equipment
- Emergency calls on weekends, evenings, and holidays
