Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Sonographer to perform diagnostic ultrasound and vascular imaging in a clinical setting. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, the ability to work independently, and excellent communication skills to ensure quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate sonographic equipment and perform diagnostic imaging procedures.
• Analyze and communicate exam results to the appropriate medical professionals.
• Oversee daily operations of the ultrasound department, including patient scheduling.
• Perform routine maintenance and ensure quality assurance of imaging equipment.
• Use independent judgment to distinguish between normal and abnormal findings.
• Obtain and document relevant medical history from patients and relay findings to the radiologist.

Requirements:

• Experience: Minimum 1 year in the field (Required).
• Education: Completion of an ultrasound program accredited by CHEA (Required).
• Certifications: RDMS certification in Abdomen and OB/GYN (Required).
