Job duties
Manage and oversee the store's daily operations, ensuring effective and efficient service.Determine the services to be offered, such as menu options, and implement operational procedures to support these services.
Recruit new staff, conduct interviews, and oversee their training to ensure high-quality service standards.
Develop and manage staff work schedules, monitor performance, and provide feedback to improve productivity and service.
Control inventory, monitor revenue, and modify operational procedures and pricing to maximize profitability.
Address and resolve customer complaints promptly, ensuring all guests receive excellent service.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations within the restaurant to maintain a safe environment for both staff and customers.
Negotiate with suppliers to secure the best prices for food and other necessary supplies.
Implement marketing strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones, enhancing the restaurant's visibility and reputation in the community.
Position Requirements
High School.Relevant education (degree/diploma/certificate) or 2-3 years of experience in food sector.
Good communication skills.
Highly organized and efficient, working well under pressure.
