We are in search of a Front Desk Admin to join our team in the Real Estate & Property industry, based in Baltimore, Maryland. The individual in this role will play a critical part in assisting customers, verifying eligibility and employment, and maintaining compliance with government regulations.

This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service and assistance.
  • Conduct eligibility and employment verifications as part of the customer onboarding process.
  • Manage receptionist duties, maintaining a detail oriented and organized front desk.
  • Adhere to fair housing principles in all customer interactions and transactions.
  • Utilize property management skills to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist with lease consulting, providing accurate and timely information to prospective and existing tenants.
  • Maintain compliance with government regulations in all aspects of work.
  • Handle any additional tasks related to the role of Front Desk Admin as necessary. • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role
  • Proficiency in Leasing Consultant duties
  • Ability to effectively assist customers with inquiries and issues
  • Experience in conducting Employment Verifications
  • Familiarity with Eligibility Verification processes
  • Previous experience in Property Management
  • Ability to perform Receptionist Duties effectively
  • Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations
  • Understanding of Government compliance in the Real Estate & Property industry
