Job Description- Assist in planning, coordination, and execution of mechanical construction projects.
- Support budgeting, scheduling, and procurement processes.
- Communicate with subcontractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Track project progress using Microsoft Projects, Excel, and Spectrum software.
- Help manage project documentation, RFIs, and submittals.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with industry standards.
- Collaborate with project managers, field teams, and clients to maintain project timelines and objectives.

The Successful Applicant- 1+ years of experience in construction project management (mechanical experience preferred but not required).
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Projects, Excel, and Spectrum.
- Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities.
- Interest in mechanical construction and willingness to learn.
- Bonus: ~7.5% of salary (based on 60% company performance, 40% individual performance).
