Salary Range: $110,000–$130,000 annually + benefits

Key Duties:

• Evaluate clients to understand the root causes of their mental health concerns
• Implement effective counseling methods that align with individual goals
• Stay up-to-date with evidence-based counseling techniques
• Offer insights to optimize service delivery and treatment strategies
• Foster a supportive environment for all patient interactions

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, or related fields
• Valid California license (LPCC, LCSW, or LMFT)
• Minimum of two years of professional experience in mental health services
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to empathize with patients
• Ability to deliver treatment that is customized to meet the unique needs of every client
